How long before I will feel better?  Most clients see and feel results immediately, and the process typically takes 4-8 sessions for the body to adapt. 


Are the exercises hard to do?  The therapy uses your muscles to move your skeletal bones, and therefore the exercises gently change your posture. 


Does health insurance cover this therapy?  Typically health insurance does not cover Healing Motion therapy, but some employees can use their flex spending.

What should I bring the first visit?  Please bring comfortable clothes to do the exercises. It is best to bring  shorts, or pants that can be rolled up past the knee in order to look  at the alignment. 


How long are the sessions?  The initial session is 1.5 hours, and subsequent visits are 50 minutes. The first session tends to last  a little longer for the explanation of your photos and to answer additional questions.
